Q 2030

In many countries, the term ‘kilometre zero’ refers to a particular location from which distances are traditionally measured. While in Nicosia this point is situated in the occupied area, Quality Group has placed its very own “kilometre zero” point.

The “Q”, the first residential bioclimatic building in Cyprus, marks the Group’s dynamic entry into the Capital and thus introduces a new “kilometre zero”, which is to be used as a reference point for other projects in the district.

The name of the Group’s second project in Nicosia, “Q2030”, derives from this concept, as it is located in Ayios Dometios, 2030 metres west from The “Q”. SANITARY FITTINGS: All of 1st quality according to British Standards of total supply cost €520 per bathroom and €340 per kitchen (sanitary accessories are included).

WATER SUPPLY: All according to British Standards with the pipe in pipe system and solar heated panels with PVC water tank.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: All according to EAC regulations 16th edition as shown on drawings.

AIR-CONDITIONING: Split hot and cold air-conditioning units supplied and installed in all bedroom and living areas.

CENTRAL HEATING: Provision (pipework only) for storage heaters.

INSULATION: All concrete surfaces exposed to earth plus all verandas and roofs will be insulated using 5mm thick waterproofing membrane.

LANDSCAPING: All communal, non-paved external areas to be landscaped with mature plants according to architects-designers choice. Computerised irrigation system is included.

PARKING: covered parking space as shown on drawings.
