DOORS & WINDOWS:

a) All external doors and windows will be of fixed, sliding, or opening double-glazed aluminum sections.

b) All internal doors will be timber melamine finish (oak or equivalent).

SANITARY FITTINGS:

All sanitary fittings will be of 1^st quality according to British Standards.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:

All according to E.A.C. regulations 16^th edition.

AIR-CONDITIONING-HEATING:

Provision of pipe-work AND A/C units (hot & cold) in all shops and offices.

INSULATION:

All concrete surfaces exposed to earth plus all balconies will be insulated using 5mm thick water proofing membrane.

PARKING:

One (1) per shop/office.
