QIS attends Cityscape Dubai

The QIS team have just returned from a week at the Cityscape Dubai property show. The purpose of the visit was to understand the market in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in more detail and to see if there is value and opportunity for QIS clients in these markets.
Having uncovered plenty of potential opportunities in Abu Dhabi the team is now conducting its detailed QIS StEP Due Diligence process. During this phase we will look at the Country, the Location, the Developer, the Project and the Exit Strategy. If any of the project pass then rest assured we will be letting you know about them!....
