The Q Business Park story continues to evolve as Quality Group continue to refine the design of the building with world renowned architect Angel Angelopolous ahead of the official launch of the building which is expected to be in October. The building has already offered QIS clients an excellent financial return. Independent valuations carried out for mortgage purposes have shown 12% uplift from the prices that QIS clients have paid.
QIS' other exclusive development, Latitudes, has also received valuations which reflect the strength of the product and its great location. Independent Valuations show a 6% uplift in values in the four months since the project was launched.
