QIS chooses countries to recommend to our clients based on our thorough and Professional due diligence process; the QIS StEP. This means we will not recommend investments if a country does not meet our strict Criteria. At QIS we scour the globe looking for the right investments and are currently carrying our due diligence on a number of different markets each of which has a differing risk and associated potential return, to meet the differing risk profiles and needs of our clients.
This is a dynamic process and obviously needs to be. Until recently we would not have looked at the UK but now certain sections of the residential market are becoming good value as too are commercial. Many sectors though still have some way to go.
We are currently focusing on:
- The UK ,especially within Greater and Central London
- Cyprus, specifically the district of Larnaca.
- Abu Dhabi, specifically Marina Square on Al Reem Island
