Dipen Patel
Executive Chairman
Dipen qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984 after obtaining an Economics degree from the London School of Economics.
This mixture of financial and economic knowledge and experience has lead to his interest in property and the designing of a due diligence model that he has used to successfully invest in property around the world.
He has invested personally in the UK property market for over 15 years and has been investing in a number of overseas property markets for over 7 years, including many of the exciting emerging markets that have become popular in the recent past.
Carl Davies
Chief Executive
Carl graduated in 1986 with a degree in Economics from the University of London. After a successful career in Sales & Marketing with Procter & Gamble, he set up a niche management consultancy offering strategic sales advice around the globe to some of the world’s largest organisations.
Carl first invested in property in the UK in 1993 and ventured overseas 3 years ago. He now owns a selection of residential and commercial properties.
Ash Patel
Chief Operating Officer
Ashank is a Chartered Accountant. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant he moved into Investment Banking where he advised a range of FTSE-100 companies across a range of sectors.
One of his sector specialisms was property and clients included British Land, Land Securities and Marylebone Warwick Balfour for whom he was involved in numerous capital raising transactions.
He has invested personally in the UK property market for over 10 years and has been investing in a number of overseas property markets for over 5 years.
Over the last five years he has worked with a number of personal clients in developing and executing strategies to build property portfolios. Ashank is also a regulated UK mortgage adviser.
Roshi Ingram
Client Services Manager
Roshi has spent 10 years in the film and leisure industries running marketing campaigns and events for blockbuster films and high profile clients.
For many years she has been buying and renovating residential properties which led her to set up a property search business where she represented one of Dubai’s largest developers.
As Client Services Manager for QIS she provides close liaison with investors and partners to ensure a totally professional experience.
