How we select the Investment Opportunities
A structured and methodical approach to property investment.
Our methodology:
- Identify countries offering scope for investment using macroeconomic factors, such as location, political stablitity, infrastructure investment by central and local government and the timing of such investment.
- Identify external factors such as potential to join supra-national organisations such as EU, prospects for EU investment and longer term prospects for joining Euro.
- Assess likelihood of subsequent private investment, e.g. increase in air traffic from budget or full service airlines, leisure facilities.
- Assess whether any investment is focussed on a specific region.
- Identify the key developers in a particular region with a track record for delivering high quality projects.
- Identify suitable developments within a region, overlaying "lifestyle" issues.
- Create "the investment package" with innovative financing options.
